We usually work on a revenue-sharing model where we take a management fee from the booking income. You receive regular statements and payouts based on the agreed schedule and terms.

Yes, as long as your personal use dates are blocked in advance and do not conflict with confirmed bookings. We will align this during the contract and calendar setup.

We include notice periods and exit terms in our agreements, so you can plan ahead if you wish to switch strategy or sell the property. We just need to honor all confirmed guest bookings.
